Appointments
- You need to arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes before your scheduled visit to fill out any necessary paperwork and complete urine drug screening.
- Urine drug screens are required every 3-6 months. If you are unable to provide a urine sample before your appointment you will need to reschedule your appointment. Please come prepared to submit your sample.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
- No show and late cancellations will lead to a $75 fee that must be paid before we can reschedule you.

FAQs
- What if I have something that shows up in my drug screen that isn't prescribed to me?
If your drug screen is inconsistent you will be called to discuss and you must come in for a retest within 24 hours. Honesty is always the best policy. Be honest about what may or may not show up in your drug screen at your visit.
- Do you take Tenncare or Medicaid?
No, we do not take Tenncare or any kind of Medicaid. If you do have Tenncare and we find out, you will be dismissed from our practice and you will need to find an approved doctor within the Tenncare Network.
